What I would like to be implemented at Accenture is a web-based training program on the company's internal portal (Website) for new employees and sub-contractors, where business etiquette is addressed (e.g. dress, groom, communication, etc.) Ethics, training on computer programs/languages, company policies, career counseling, and how to behave in the workplace.
