Equality between men and women has been constantly debated ever since Adam and Eve were created and one will probably stay for a sparingly long-lasting time. It is an issue that raised conflict among genders. However, women have always been suppressed and have been considered to be the weakest compared to men. In the early 19th century, after the liberty struggles, women's voices were eventually perceived and were given the identical privileges and respect that an individual have always deserved but not fully attained. Actually actions and some of the fundamental desires are free and accessible to every woman around the world, but regrettably there are numerous entities resisting this concept.

This essay will be signifying that, the equality between men and women with job opportunities is a worthy proposal to be settled for all individuals around the globe.

Seeking equality and the same chances for both genders is a must, to attain equal opportunities. Gender discrimination was a main factor, in the past females was known to only be plain housewives and that they don’t have the equal right to vote or fight for a certain belief because people tend to underestimate the ability of women. There is no major difference in overall cleverness between genders as far as most studies stated according to the facts.

Women emerge to have won a decisive triumph in the assault of both genders. Psychologists have discovered that feminine IQ tallies have risen above men's for the first time. James Flynn once quoted, “In the last 100 years the IQ tallies of both men and women have increased, but women's have risen faster”.

Educational wise here in the UAE it is proven that females are more hardworking. As students, for instance, last year a female was ranked first in the top 10 high percentage achievers in high school category. Women tend to pursue their studies more than men because males have the tendency of joining the army instead of continuing education for a bachelor degree in a certain field. There for, females are more available and qualified for job hiring’s.
